Thursday 19th November, 6pm. FREE EVENT
We are delighted to announce that Cement founders Alison Hand and Julian Wild will be in conversation with Ceri Hand at their current exhibition Faux Pas, curated by HS Projects. Thursday 19th November from 6pm, with evening drinks at 5 Howick Place, Victoria, London, SW1P 1WG.
The works in the exhibition Faux Pas represent a years’ worth of conversations and making and connect through form, colour, and theme. Ribbons articulate through space, bright neons pinks rub up against Victorian mint greens, all reflecting uncertainty and the destabilised world that we live in.
Ceri Hand has spent thirty-five years inside the art world as artist, galleries, curator, and institutional director. She has championed entering work into the collections of Tate, the Whitney, and the Phillips. She now coaches artists, writers, and cultural leaders across more than 120 countries. Her podcast Extraordinary Creatives reached number one in Apple’s Arts charts. Her first book is forthcoming with Profile Books.
