ACCOMODATION

For those of you coming from further afield we would like to recommend our nearby accommodation partner Carlton House:  

SINGLE ROOM £25 per night. QUEEN SIZE DOUBLE ROOM £35 per night. (These  2 rooms share the fridge and coffee/tea making facilities and table and chairs in the hallway as well as the bathroom which has a bath as well as a separate shower.) 

DOUBLE ROOM ENSUITE with kitchenette £60 per night.  It is possible to put a single in here making it a triple for a £15 supplement.

For each stay there is a £20 supplement for cleaning and laundry - this is the same no matter how many, or few, nights are booked.

The entire first floor is a B&B and can accommodate 5, or if the extra bed is requested in the en-suite 6, people.

Bread, butter, cereal, coffee, tea, milk, fruit and of course towels and bedding included.

Also for a quirky stay Proud Mary has comfortable cabins on their boat in Newhaven Harbour (via AirB&B) , Premier Inn Newhaven is also nearby.

Cement is located in the seaside town of Newhaven, easily accessible by train, car, or bus. Cement is located near to Newhaven Fort and West Beach: at Unit 10, Quarry Road Industrial Estate, Newhaven, East Sussex, BN9 9DD.

As you come into the estate you will see Trafalgar House, Turn left and then immediately right. Cement is on the right under a covered yard area.

The nearest train station is Newhaven Town (15mins walk along West Quay)

12 and 12A Buses run regularly from Brighton to Newhaven.

We have limited parking: if you are driving please park outside the estate on Fort Road or Quarry Road.
